The Media Summit 2019 at Oporto

The Media Summit 2019 at Oporto brought together content managers from the several EBU broadcast members to discuss strategic challenges and opportunities of the Public Media Service.

The event was greta way to interact, learn and exchange experiences between public media companies and the main players in the industry.

Here’s a brief summary of the meeting.

 

The startups

We took advantage of this Media summit 2019 at Oporto to introduce some startups that are part of the Sandbox Hub.

They had the opportunity to present their projects to the media industry.

It reveals  links and similarities between sources, whether is a company holding the site, existing advertising or analytics IP,  graphically mapping the information and indexing 400k new links every day.

Through AI, it’s possible to identify relevant publications, even if they do not have all the information about a particular topic (ex: missing keywords on a particular subject).
