Synopsis
Isabel Garcia, Chief Inspector of the PJ (Criminal Police), faces the biggest challenge of her career when she is assigned to head the investigation of the most important police case in Portugal in the last 20 years: the violent serial murders devastating the city. Samuel Lopes, trainee inspector graduated in Criminal Psychology, joins Garcia’s brigade, where he will have to conquer his place and the respect of the more experienced inspectors. Spending time with the trainee inspector helps Garcia to better understand her daughter Sara, a 16-year-old teenager borne of a failed marriage with her ex-husband, the ruthless journalist Jaime.
